   Elena Brazhunenko is a contemporary Russian artist. Born in Komsomolsk-na-Amure. Now she is living and working in Moscow. She was engaged in painting from the childhood. Elena is a 1994 graduate of Children's Art School № 5 (High School) in Moscow. In 1997, she graduated from The Moscow Art Lyceum №303 (College). From 2000 to 2006 she studied in the V.I.Surikov Moscow State Academic Fine Art Institute. In 2005 Elena is awarded the Gold Medal of the Russian Academy of Fine Arts for her excellence in studies. In 2006, she graduated from the V.I.Surikov Moscow State Academic Fine Art Institute in a rank of the Master (Magister) of Painting. Her thesis (degree work) are series of pictures about Russian North, it's triptych «On White lake». Since 2006 she is a member of the Moscow Association of Painters of the Moscow Union of Artists, since 2010 - a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Elena works in various genres such as landscape, portrait, still life, genre painting. And she has an excellent knowledge of technology of painting of oil, tempera and watercolor. She paints a lot of landscapes when traveling the world. Her pictures are in the Belarus State Fine Art Museum name after Maslennikov in Mogilyov and in private collections of Russia, France, Spain, Montenegro, USA, Indonesia, China.

2001 - the Moscow Youth exhibition in gallery of the Central House of artists on "Kuznetskij most" street.
2001 - the All-Russia Youth Exhibition in the Central House of artists of Moscow.
2002 - a youth exhibition in gallery of the Russian Union of Artists.

2003 - a creative trip-open-air to France, to Paris Cite de Beaux Arts. Exhibition Open Studio following the results of an open-air.

2003 - an exhibition «Gold Ples», c. Ples in Russia.
2004 - a creative trip-open-air to Belarus. An exhibition in the Belarus State Fine Art museum name after Maslenikov  in Mogilyov. Pictures are in a museum collection. An exhibition in the Belarus State museum name after Belinitsky-Berulja.

2004 - a youth Exhibition in the Moscow Association of Painters.

2005 - the All-Russia Youth Exhibition in the Central House of Artists of Moscow.

2006 - the Moscow Youth exhibition in the Central Gallery of Moscow.

2008 - the Exhibition-open-air in the Moscow Association of Painters.

2009 - an exhibition "Christmas" in gallery of the Moscow Association of Painters.

2010 - an exhibition "Outer Space exploration" in gallery of the Russian Union of Artists.

2010 - an exhibition «Etude. Sketch. Drawing» in Gallery of the Moscow Association of Painters.
2011 - an exhibition «Fine Art salon» in Gallery of the Moscow Association of Painters.
